Sustainability, how?
In producing our protectors, we carefully blend materials in our mixer heads under precise heat and humidity conditions. Once the mould is filled with the exact amount needed, the magic happens during the curing process. This is where the liquid transforms into its final shape under the mould’s pressure. The same curing process also takes place within our mixer heads. We can clean these mixer heads and expel the material between cures, enabling us to produce up to 50 protectors in less than 4 minutes. We avoid using cheap, harmful cleaners that could damage the environment or endanger our workers’ health. Instead, we’ve implemented a filter and pump system that allows us to reuse materials. While this approach is neither easy nor inexpensive, we are committed to doing the right thing for our planet and our people.
